UNLESS AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY,

Thank you for shopping Roxy Rich Fine Art. We understand that major corporations offer "Free Shipping!" Free Returns!"  Roxy Rich Fine Art is a MICRO Business with One employee, the Artist.

We do not accept Order Cancellations or edits to orders once placed. This is because all merchandise is "Made to Order" meaning, it is not stocked. Every merchandise order is only created as it is ordered.  Roxy is an Artist creating the Original Artworks and Designing the Merchandise.  She does not have to capacity to manufacture the products.

Once ordered, it is immediately sent to production and the artist is charged for it before she is paid for the item.

WE SIMPLY CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS/RETURNS BECAUSE SOMEONE CHANGED THEIR MIND

Damaged items (in shipping) can be exchanged/returned within (5) business days of receipt. Roxy can request a reprint of an item under this circumstance when photos are provided.

*for instance:  a glass cutting board arrives broken.  the box was smashed to pieces.  Roxy will need a photos of that box, how it looked when you opened it, etc.  This will be confirmed with the shipping company who takes photos of the item when delivered (such as Amazon photographing the package on your doorstep as proof of delivery in good condition) then Roxy can request the manufacturer produce another of the same item at no cost to the customer.

*Or, a mug's lid does not work.  This happened once in person to Roxy and she promptly refunded the customer.  The lid was unusable  and as it was the last mug, there was not another on hand to replace it.  Because it was a tourist at an in-person exhibit, it wasn't an issue where Roxy could request another item be made and sent.  She did take photos and videos of the item to alert the manufacturer of the faulty item and was refunded for the item.

Fine Art Prints:  All prints are sold through our Print Shop powered by Fine Art America. This means the purchase was made from them, not Roxy Rich Fine Art, despite that it was found through Shopify.  Fine Art America has a no questions asked 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.  Certain conditions apply. When purchasing a print, please read all relevant policies in the Print Shop before purchasing. *All inquiries must be directed to them via the information appearing on the receipt. Roxy Rich Fine Art does not handle returns as the items are purchased and shipped directly from Fine Art America is a business that services Artists worldwide.  They create the prints and products and Roxy receives a small commission for the use of her image.


Original Paintings:  All original paintings are final sale. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing via the Contact link.  Roxy understands Fine Art is an investment and wants you to love your painting.  We are happy to provide additional information, photos and videos upon request, and it is also possible to speak directly to Roxy under some circumstances. Roxy is actively exhibiting on a continual basis.  Therefore, paintings are continually transported and displayed.  this means there may be some accumulation of dust and/or small imperfections on frames may occur during transport. Roxy personally inspects each painting and frame, carefully cleaning and repairing any small nicks, if necessary, prior to shipping.  All paintings and frames are AS-IS.  This is understood by the buyer, and you may contact us for a current photo of the painting prior to purchasing.  Each painting is fully insured, including the frame, through the Shipping Provider. (Typically, USPS) Should a painting arrive damaged due to shipping, the buyer must contact us directly within (2) business days of receipt.  There will be certain forms to fill in to claim the insurance.  Non-arrivals (Natural disasters, reasons only known to God) will also require specific actions.  Otherwise, All Sales are Final and cannot be canceled/refunded or exchanged.


Damages and issues
Please note that all Original Fine Art Paintings are photographed prior to shipping so that we are certain of and have documented the condition of the painting before sending it to a collector. Inspect your painting upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged (due to shipping, we will file an insurance claim) or in the unlikely event you receive the wrong item (Currently Roxy supervises all Original Art shipments so that is highly unlikely) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges on Original Paintings We expect a buyer to thoroughly explore all aspects of a painting prior to purchasing Fine Art.   This means carefully inspecting the photos, requesting further information or photos, speaking to Roxy if necessary, etc. Roxy wants you to love your painting and so is available to communicate prior to purchases to answer any questions and provide further data including current photos, videos, or other needed information.   By clicking through to the Print Shop, a potential buyer can find the print of the original and use the Augmented Reality tool (download the Pixel App) to see what the painting would look like in his/her space.  We do not accept returns on original paintings, however, may be able to exchange an original for another original of equal or lesser value if one is available. A verbal conversation would take place before any exchange could occur.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as commissioned paintings, personalized items), and any Print-on Demand product (such as Aprons/Glass Cutting Boards, etc). These items are sent to production upon ordering.  They cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

International Buyers

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Roxy is an Individual, not a Corporation (yet)  This policy does not apply to Original Art purchases.

14 day cooling off period

In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.

The 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases. Some of the exemptions are:

  • plane and train tickets, as well as concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations and catering services for specific dates
  • goods and drinks delivered to you by regular delivery – for example delivery by a milkman
  • goods made to order or clearly personalised – such as a tailor-made suit
  • sealed audio, video or computer software, such as DVDs, which you have unsealed upon receipt
  • online digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming it and you agreed that you would lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance
  • goods bought from a private individual rather than a company/trader
  • urgent repairs and maintenance contracts – if you call a plumber to repair a leaking shower, you can't cancel the work once you have agreed on the price of the service
