All sales of Original Artwork are final. Please view all photos and videos if present and utilize the contact links prior to purchasing with any questions. Roxy wants you to be thrilled with your acquisition and so makes herself available for communication via phone, email, facetime, Whats App, etc. She simply cannot offer refunds and exchanges because a person "changed their mind." Original Artworks are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled.
*The exception being should something arrive damaged due to shipping. It has not happened, however, should it occur, the artworks are fully insured and with proper documentation, an insurance claim is filed, and the entire price of the artwork will be refunded once received from the shipping company; USPS/FED=EX, etc.)
All items, Fine Art Prints/Merchandise purchased from Fine Art America (via Roxy Rich Fine Art Print Shop/Widget) have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please read the policy details on the Print Shop for more information or any exceptions that may apply. The Print Shop has its own policies. All inquiries regarding purchases made through the Print Shop should be directed to the contact information on your receipt. Roxy Rich Fine Art does not create, supply, or ship Prints or Merchandise from the Print Shop. She creates the artwork only and partners with them (Fine Art America) in order to make prints available. Direct questions about your order to them as Roxy would have no data.
All Merchandise Purchased on this site i.e., mugs, lamps... (Not including Original Artworks/Print Shop purchases) are provided by print-on-demand by companies with the capacity to create products. Roxy designs the products with her own artwork, the company makes the product on demand. Each order is therefore custom. Once ordered, the item is sent to production and cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded because the Artist is immediately charged for the product and shipping.
*The exception is should an item arrive damaged due to shipping or be faulty. It has not occurred as of yet, but under this circumstance, should it occur, then the item will be reprinted/replaced once photos of packaging, and the item/damage is presented. Contact Roxy immediately if this happens because there are time limits for replacement.)
Please view all photos and check the Product Videos. Roxy realizes purchasing online from a company you aren't familiar with could make a person reluctant, especially if the item cannot be returned. She creates videos of the samples she gets to show them in 3D, up close, and give a buyer more reality on the item than just flat photos in the listings.
