*The listing may say differently because we are actively updating and may not have reached that item, however, at checkout, the artwork will show as Free Shipping-no charge.

*This does not include Printed Products (i.e. mugs, glass cutting boards, aprons, etc.)  It will not include anything (prints/merchandise) purchased from the SHOP PRINTS tab because that takes you to an entirely different website.  However, they often have discounts.

We do ship Internationally.  Not everywhere yet.  

TO CANADA:  FLATE RATE OF 5% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

International Shipping Everywhere Else:  FLAT RATE OF 7% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

This includes packaging and insurance.

This does not include VATs or Duty Fees charged by your country.

If you cannot check out /get an error saying there is no shipping to your address, please contact us by using the contact link and we will try to resolve it.  It could be your country's rates have not been set up yet.  We do not have an international phone number.  However, if you need help checking out, you can use the Chat feature which will be answered by Roxy herself.  NO Bots.  Or, use the Contact Us link, shoot us an email and include a WhatsApp number or Instagram account.  Roxy will call you herself from WhatsApp or Instagram. There are plenty of ways to handle.  We can take an order over the phone, create an invoice and email it to you.  

This is how Shipping Works

Original Artworks:  All original artworks are shipped by Roxy and/or Roxy's personal staff (eventually-right now, it is just Roxy) from the United States.  Shipping is included for all original artworks.  In some circumstances, such as any artworks shipping to International Locations will incur a 7% handling fee. 

Fine Art Prints:  When you click "Shop Prints" All Fine Art Prints (Purchased through Roxy's Print Shop at Fine Art America) are shipped directly from the Print Shop.  Shipping Rates apply and are calculated by the Print Shop. No coupons or discounts or shipping rates from the Shopify Checkout can apply because this is an entirely different store.  It is here so you can access it easily.  They often have great sales, so check it out if you are in the market for large prints.

Printed Merchandise:  Merchandise is not stocked by Roxy Rich Fine Art.  Each item is created when ordered and thus a "custom order" USA customer, please allow two and a half weeks for delivery.  This is not normally the case, many items arrive quickly, however, to be sure your item arrives in time for any significant date, please order with that time frame in mind.  Orders shipping to countries outside the USA should allow twenty -thirty business days and are charged whatever the manufacturer of that product charges to ship to your location.

Merchandise Shipping Rates:  All Merchandise is Print-on-Demand and shipped directly from the manufacturer producing the product for Roxy.  Shipping Rates are calculated by the shipper using current shipping rates and based on the size/weight of the product and the location of the recipient.  Roxy does not have any control over the cost of shipping printed merchandise and does not add a mark-up or earn any money on shipping.  The buyer pays exactly the cost of shipping. Products are curated from different manufacturers across the globe who can provide the specific products for sale on this site.  Each has their own shipping rates.  If an order contains several different products, they might be shipping from different cities or even countries and may not all arrive in one package.  For example, Latte Mugs are produced in Canada and shipped from Canada.  Luggage is shipped from one location in the USA and one location in the UK.  Stand Lamps and Tripod Lamps are made and shipped from the USA, but Latvian Cube Lamps are made in and shipped from Latvia. Certain items may take only a day to produce, and others may take a week, and obviously, items shipped from other countries will have a longer arrival time.  We suggest ordering any item wanted for a specific upcoming date well in advance of that date to allow for production and shipping.
