Even if she doesn't finish everything, she gets more done than when there is no plan. She found many years ago that this helped her sleep better and accomplish more throughout the day. It was particularly vital while living in LA and working five jobs simultaneously. It put order into her life and to this day she continues this practice and keeps a tight schedule.
